Alpheus apartment is located in one of the most important streets of Syracuse (Corso Gelone) a few steps from the archaeological area, the Greek Theater and the island of Ortigia. The apartment is located in one of the most exclusive districts of Syracuse, in the center of shopping. The location is strategic because you can walk within a few minutes to the Greek theater and the archaeological area, at 200 meters you will have the sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime, the church of Santa Lucia alla Borgata and the Pantheon. In 10 minutes walking you will arrive on the island of Ortigia. Under the apartment you will find various shops for all kinds of shopping, bars where you can have breakfast or refreshment, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Also within easy reach of the apartment are the train station and the bus station. The area is highly supplied as there are newsagents, tobacconists, parking lots (free or not) and other services you may need.
ABOUT THE APARTMENTS
Alpheus apartment is an apartment of 150m², divided in two apartments, equipped with home automation system, completely renovated (November 2018) in the city center, tastefully furnished with style and attention to detail.
The Superior apartment (about 80m²) consists of 2 large bedrooms (with double beds), two bathrooms (one of which is private in the room) and a living area. The rooms are very large with window and balcony.
The Standard apartment (about 70m²) consists of a large bedroom (with double bed), a living area and a bathroom.
Both apartments have a large living room with a sofa, TV, independent air conditioning system in all rooms, a functional kitchen with all accessories and a laundry room. A cot for children is available on request. I hope the apartment can meet your needs.
There is the possibility of renting the apartment for short or long periods.
